In this deeply restorative and intuitive class, you’ll explore what it means to be in true partnership with your body - learning how to listen, understand, and communicate in the unique language it speaks.
Drawing from years of experience and study in Qigong, various Yoga teachings, body language teachings, and deep spiritual connection with God and Spirit, I’ve woven together a practice that supports your body’s unique wisdom and healing journey to return to your truest form. These teachings are infused with presence, reverence, and the gift of embodied communication.
Using a blend of breathwork, tapping, intuitive movement, and stretching, as well as other healing modalities, you’ll be guided to tune in and uncover the messages your body is offering. Whether it’s emotion, tension, release, or revelation, this class provides space and tools to support what arises.
Through gentle, embodied practices, you’ll begin to:
Understand how your body speaks to you
Develop tools to respond with compassion and awareness
Release trapped energy and restore flow throughout your body
Heal through movement, presence, and connection
Re-immerse into the world with ease, grace, and renewed alignment

Each class closes with a little time to journal what shifts, insights, and communications that emerged during our sacred time of connecting to our uniquely and wonderfully created selves.
Held outdoors in the embrace of Mother Nature, these gatherings are intuitively located in public parks guided by Spirit. This setting supports deeper grounding, connection to Mother Earth and each other, and restoration.
